Tropical Wave Over Africa

#1 Postby hurricanes1234 » Fri Sep 13, 2013 3:24 pm

There is a new tropical wave nearing the west coast of Africa. It looks fairly vigorous, but is there any model support on it? Could this wave go through the same thing like Humberto and become a hurricane? How favourable are the conditions in its forecasted path?
