When should we know where Isabel's headed?

When should we know where Isabel's headed?
Pick which day between Monday & Friday the week of sept.15th-19th. I'm guessing monday the 15th.

If Isabel arrives...
I'll be shelter bound.. I live in an apartment that's 3 stories up.. winds will be much higher here

my neighbors are Andrew survivors. She said she'll take me under her wing

I'm going to video the storm myself.
I live in yorktown Va. and I'm going to buy a battery for my Video camera so I can take pictures of it coming close to the eastcoast. I may take some of the james river & the ocean front. I can't wait for next week to come which may be sooner.
