Winds down slightly to 105 mph and gaining speed now at 11 mph moving NNW.

Did you notice there that TS strength winds are now out to 315 miles from the eye?

This is going to affect a very wide area.

Yes it is expanding the windfield of winds and that will be dangerous for many places in VA and Maryland like Baltimore and DC.
