The outer rim of Isabel's cirrus canopy was deliniated across the NC/SC
border as the sun was setting today and it offered the most spectacular
sunset I have ever seen. The sky was clear south of the cirrus rim and
was teal in color. The cirrus being highlited by the setting set was a fiery
orange and red and accompanying virga was the same color. If that
wasn't enough, to my east was a double rainbow, which was as awesome as her fury, I'm sure.
Isabel paints a spectacular sunset !
