rhode island i dont think izzy can account for

but .. nc power man killed trying to restore power
and two people on va highways....

and then... reports are just starting to come in

and the sad part is.. the death toll from Isabel will rise a little more I'm sure..

I hope everyone who was or still is in her path is staying safe..
