I hope that Bermuda doesn't get too much from this developing storm that might be a minimal hurricane if trend of intensification continues.

The last thing they want is a hurricane after all the Damage <B>Fabian</B> did.

Bingo. Many residents of Bermuda probably haven't even finished rebuilding after what Fabian left behind on the 21 sq mile island and the last thing they need is Juan - tropical storm or hurricane. Isabel already showed what tropical storm force winds can do in the Mid-Atlantic already.
