This is a summary from NHC of all the systems TD'S,Tropical storms and Hurricanes that formed in the very active 2003 hurricane season.But the reports in detailed form for each system has been comming out slowly in past weeks and the rest of them will come out in next days and weeks.

About Isabel causing only 16 deaths they say direct cause but indirectly there were many more as we know 40+.
