Wow that is a lot of moist plume going north and I know that in some areas of east Texas they dont need more rain as they are at a surplus of precipitation.So those who may be in flooded areas today please be safe and dry.

Yep.. There in for some major rains.. David touched on it in his outlook as well.. Flooding is definatly expected
