Over the system it shows a 10 mph decrease of shear while to the north that is what you call a outflow shear. Which normally is a little higher to the north of these systems. It looks pretty favable.

That shear to the north is outflow shear from a possible developing upper high. Which is the area over the system where shear is less.

The shear is very low and has decreased in the last several hours where the convection assoicated with this system is located now.

There is a chance that the increasing TREND during the day can stabilize or even decrease by the time the system moves into that region.

Remember, the cold front to the north and northeast is expected to more northward as a warm; according to the Jacksonville NWS office. Melbourne NWS for some reason or another (as of even the last hour), that the front is expected to dissipate as it moves toward northern Florida.
