Disturbance now listed on the Dvorak site as "too weak," but expect this will change in the next day or so. Anyone else having trouble accessing the NRL site?

I saw this link earlier in the date. Try http://tcweb.fnmoc.navy.mil/tc-bin/tc_home.cgi

I have been looking at this site during the day plus tonight. Otherwise, I haven't been able to use the other site at all.
