From the NHC 8:05am TWD Special Features section:
A SURFACE TROF EXTENDS FROM THE CENTRAL BAHAMAS NEAR 24N74W NE
THROUGH A 1012 MB LOW CENTERED NEAR 26N74W TO 30N73W DRIFTING
SLOWLY NW. THE TROF IS INTERACTING WITH A STRONG MID/UPPER LOW
AND BROAD UPPER LEVEL DIVERGENCE TO THE E OF THIS SYSTEM IS
SUPPORTING A LARGE AREA OF SCATTERED MODERATE/ISOLATED STRONG
CONVECTION FROM 20N-25N BETWEEN 65W-70W. CLUSTERS OF SIMILAR
CONVECTION ARE FROM 23N-31N BETWEEN 65W-75W. THIS SYSTEM APPEARS
TO BE SLOWLY BECOMING BETTER ORGANIZED AND HAS THE POTENTIAL OF
BECOMING A TROPICAL DEPRESSION AS IT MOVES NW DURING THE NEXT
DAY OR SO.
This is probably on it's way to developing later today.
