... Florida coast from Florida City north to Flagler Beach, according to Bill Kamaal. And a voluntary evacuation for Miami Beach. The Keys are under a Tropical Storm Watch. The Hurrican Watch will probably be upgraded to a Warning for some portions of Florida tomorrow morning, according to BK.
