This is the general tropical discussion area. Anyone can take their shot at predicting a storms path.

Melbourne Radar (partially) down?

#1 Postby KBBOCA » Sat Sep 04, 2004 5:05 pm

All,

Are you all having problems getting Melbourne radar images to load? I can only get the top third (northern) part of any image to load. The rest is blank. I'm wondering if coms/instruments from Melbourne - south are down? Yet Miami images seem to load ok and show data for the Treasure Coast??

It COULD just be heavy traffic on the Melbourne site, I suppose, and/or my very poor dial-up internet connection tonight...

Just wondering...

No troubles here. Just did a refresh and loaded a loop up to the last 10 minutes with no image degradation...
