Amazing the long west march of this storm, seeming to continue.

On GRW88 i'm still tracking about due west... and its more up-to-date than that rsmas radar.

Sorry, but the NHC is really off on this one.

Yes i to have been waiting for this turn for a long time. Yoda why do you have to be so negative like. If something doesnt go your way you are pouting? Why. We are just wondering why when a few members that will remained un-named said it would turn North west and hit Vero Beach or Melbourne. When this has never occured and even now still on North of due west track.

Mods please dont take this in a bad way. Anyway. Yoda you cant help somepeople doubting NHC when they renamed Matthew.....Ivan and Called Nichole,,,,Lisa. And now that there track looks to be off some that is why SOME people. Not me are doing this. Im not trying to be negative of the NHC just explaining why people are saying these things. I think that the NHC is the highest authority and know more than anyone of us here. But when some thing like this happen. You get these kinds of results.

Hey I was the FIRST to pat the NHC on their back for great job they did with Ivan (first US landfall). But I only call them as I see them and so far they (and their models) are wrong on this one tracking WNW to NW after landfall. Though the bottom line is the area it made landfall on WAS under a hurricane warning so they SHOULD have been prepared for the worse. A

No disrespect, but how do you get 14000 posts if you joined only in 2004? That can't be right.

You're kinda baiting Yoda there, all he said was "whatever" and you called him out for pouting. Yeah, he said he thought it was going northwest earlier, but I'm sure he can see where it's going now and isn't taking it personally.

Everyone who takes the trouble to post good information and discuss reasoning is valuable to me. Even people who write with verbs in the wrong place put.

To shed a little light here The NHC is doing a great job But for the 121st time its the models they tend to rely on too much that are letting them down... :x ALL year and especially with strong sorms models have UNDERESTIMATED ridges strength and turns with storms! NHC still gets 2 thimbs up from me! :D
