SSD Dvroak is at ST2.5/2.5

Bermuda is already measuring winds that support tropical storm status. I think ST Nicole.

More of a candidate for pure subtropical storm status ... the system is currently embedded in a lighter shearing environment, albeit a cyclonic environment...
