Kevin, thanks for posting this, I was just about to start a new thread. It's a bit confusing here in Palm Beach County. An emergency alert re: a Tornado Watch for Palm Beach County was broadcast on Adelphia cable, and I note Palm Beach is included in the text you posted.

But, looking at the actual graphic on the Miami NWS update, it looks like Palm Beach is excluded from any Tornado Watch (PB county begins at Boca Raton.) strange.

Update: Ah, I see the reason for my confusion now. The above map on the Miami severe weather page doesn't show Tornado WATCHES. Only the Tornado Warnings are shown in red. It's a bit confusing...

Clicking on the specific page for Boca is a lot clearer

and here's the actual graphic for the watch area, which DOES clearly include Palm Beach County.
