MJO is moving away from an unfavorable octant. Almost on 'cue' the Tropics are responding. I suspect an Invest will be tagged a bit later for this disturbance.

This wave has come together really nicely after pulling away from SA. Should be tagged an invest soon

I think this wave is definitely something to keep our eyes on. Shear is low and temps are high. It looks like the area it is in and ahead of it could be conducive for some development.
This may be more of a threat than Colin, and may sneak up on folks who have been busy watching the more "obvious" storm. This could be a gulf tracker, and so impact someone CONUS.
