the way it's going now, i going to say none of these blobs will ever develop... the season has been deceitful but there may be surprises in the future

Mecklenburg, trust me its quite normal for many invests not to make cut, believe me 06 had plenty of invests that went poof on us. The fact is we've had the 3rd highest ACE in July ever...
I've got to say 91L simply because of its location, though 99L may not be far behind based on the presentation this morning.

the only one that has a good chance of becoming a tropical storm is only 91L invest
