listening when it came to deciding whether to evacuate or not saved my life and the lives of my sister's in-laws (who lived one mile away from me), no doubt...

Still, the Pacific has the most intense systems overall, but, many never see land, fortunately...

large eye for Tracy and a very small storm. That equals very tight pressure gradient. Almost certain cat 5
