Lol I can assure you winds were not weak TS. I have been in weak TS winds before(Arlene) and those winds on the video were much stronger than depicted. Probably looks weak because the lack of precipation and the quality. But most of you are correct I believe. The winds depicted in the video were probably strong TS(55-65 mph).

I agree, the video didn't really show enough detail to really estimate winds. But I didn't see any evidence of strong TS force winds. Looks like the strongest wind may have been just at the start of the video, but it lasted just a few seconds. Most of the video just showed palm fronds moving around - not a good indicator of wind speed.
