Again the nominees for Best Eye Structure are Katrina, Rita, Wilma, and Emily.

The third Category is Most Confusing Storm.

This category just means the storm that was the hardest to forecast, hardest to track, or just plain annoying storm.

Thank you. We have our nominees for this category and they are. Most Annoying Storm- Wilma, Ophelia, Irene, and Tammy.

Fourth Category is: Storm with Best Potential

This category means which storms could have been a lot stronger than they were due to land interaction or rapidly and unexpected strong shear increase.
