Looks like I may be correct on the weak LLC, now that confirming south-southwesterly flight-level winds have been found. Now they need to just locate and close off an LLC (center) location.

Interesting - decoded that OB 5 and it lists the weather as a thunderstorm. That's definately one more sign of organization here.

But the strange thing is it veered from SE to E to NW to W. Not exactly a perfect transition there . . .

It appears that they are almost caught back up with the minobs, so that should be in good order again shortly.
