REPORTS FROM AN AIR FORCE RECONNAISSANCE AIRCRAFT INDICATE THAT RINA
HAS STRENGTHENED. A SPECIAL ADVISORY WILL BE ISSUED SHORTLY TO
UPGRADE RINA TO A HURRICANE AND TO UPDATE THE INTENSITY FORECAST.

Shear above Cuba is tremendous and won't die down. She has a small area to work with, sure is a pleasant (unpleasant for those in it's path of course) late season surprise though. Might be a windier than normal squall line by the time she reaches deep SFL or the keys.
