In the Atlantic basin, I believe it was Gilbert.

We ended up in Laredo running from Allen, it seemed to become a giant just before it went ashore. So I'll say Allen, using the satellite image only.

Yes but they're called Hurricanes in the EPAC, that is an gross error on that photo.
