Its only a guess but I think that Carlos may surpass the 10 ACE mark if it bombs like GFDL and HWRF are showing.

We for sure will see the EPAC numbers ramp more upwards as 96E is upgraded to a storm.I may get the 10 ACE number for Carlos that I predicted after all,if it continues its treck thru the Pacific,reaching the CPAC.I dont think it will reach the Western Pacific,but you never know. :)

Carlos has been upgraded to hurricane but the ACE numbers dont count as its a special advisory.

Carlos still has a decent shot at reaching 10 if it can hold this strength for a little while, such small systems are really not at all easy to forecast though!
