We for sure will see the EPAC numbers ramp more upwards as 96E is upgraded to a storm.I may get the 10 ACE number for Carlos that I predicted after all,if it continues its treck thru the Pacific,reaching the CPAC.I dont think it will reach the Western Pacific,but you never know.
