But that's the reason I LOVE this community!!! Everyone on here is just as excited as I am.
Before I found this board, I thought I was a freak for hoping that a storm forms!

I know its the NAM but the 00z 5/26 indicates "disturbed weather" over the SW carribean with a weak area of low pressure. This is the first run that has a significant increase in the moisture etc across the region...

Hell yeah! If this thread reaches 100 pages before anything forms, it means we are all doing what we love!

The funny thing about this thread also is if the CMC was developing a system this thread would be maybe 2 pages at most.I do give the GFS credit since its the most reliable model so break out the popcorn and lets watch this possibly materalize.

Just a threat of a storm can raise fuel prices, so lets keep this on the down low.
4 maps to keep an eye on as the week goes on.

It seems to be the moisture coming form the pacific that will get it started.

You know there is a oil market speculator on this board just waiting to tell his bosses to jack up the price.

Definatly, that moisture just isn't going to magically appear in the W. Carib.

Or it may form from the tail end of that frontal trough that is now in the Western Caribbean.

I think it might help get rid of the dry air and maybe pull some moisture in from the Pacific, but I don't think it will be the main source of moisture for this system.

Oh, and the Chat room isn't working! I'm using Firefox 3 RC1 and there is no room and all the links are 404'ed!
