Anyone know why there is recon coming out of Wallops Island, VA?

SXXX50 KWAL
http://twister.sbs.ohio-state.edu/text/ ... XXX50.KWAL
Showing up seemingly very garbled in recon FTP server:
ftp://ftp.nhc.noaa.gov/pub/products/nhc/recon/

Is the NHC possibly having problems converting SXXX50 messages to URNT15 messages for distribution?

They found a peak FL wind of 83kts in the NW Quad and they just made pass over the center. They also found a wind of 83kts in the SE Quad, which they are in now.

Reduction is 90%

Anyone know how to read UZNT13? There are decoders for URNT11 and 15 and the VDM (URNT12) is fairly straightforward, but I'm lost on UZNT13.

New GoogleEarth file for this flight: http://wxgr.nl/tmppic/WXRecon.kml.
Shows wind direction (degrees) and high windspeed (knots) at flight level. Latest position in red.
File is self refreshing every 5 minutes.

First part of the flight is missing, I'm sorry.

So, 100+ mph winds are still very possible in the NE quadrant.
