I say 50% chance. With the GFS going crazy about a system forming I'm going to go with the Flow.

Here are a few cool things to think about:

-Within 2 days, the GFS will be able to see the start of Hurricane season.
-In 18 days, the Atlantic season starts.
-Within 48 days we will likely have already seen AT LEAST one storm.
-Within 79 days we will likely have already seen AT LEAST one hurricane.
-In 94 days we will be within the period I call "peak season" (I consider this to be Aug. 15th - Oct. 15th).

Coincidently the NHC thinks in TWO DAYS a T.C. will form in the EPAC.

I posted the latest discussion from the nhc in the epac concerning this area in the "Low in the EPAC" thread. It seems you are right hurricane hunter.
