Access to NRL

I don't know if this is the adequate forum,but here in Guadeloupe we are some guys that cannot access to the site of Nrl since 2 days now , neither the alternates sites.....that cause a great problem for us as the active months approching.
Someone can help??

I can get into the main site just fine...the back-up site I cannot, though.
