Caribbean Disturbance
The area around 15N75W seems to have some type of circulation (likely Mid-Level Low) and the weather has been like that for the past two days. It seems like what ever is near Florida is shearing the system at the moment, but can something possibly develop from this once the Florida system pulls north?

It's all the same system extending from the southeast U.S. to the Caribbean along 75W.

Re: Caribbean Disturbance
My eyes see what they feel to be a definite (embedded) spin around 15N, 73W. Are my eyes correct in what they are seeing?

Re: Caribbean Disturbance
The 12z TAFB surface analysis takes out the low that was at 06z analysis. Will the spark for development if it occurs is the Tropical Wave entering the Eastern Caribbean?

Anything happening just north of the eastern tip of Cuba? I see some rotation down there.

Looks like a weak upper low. Strong wind shear in the area.
