"Over/Under" guess on named Tropical Storm by 12Z - June 6??

So as we sit here today ticking off the hours until the 2013 Atlantic Hurricane Season soon begins, eating hot dogs & apple pie, perhaps enjoying a day off with friends or family, and honoring those fallen before us in the name of freedom.........Thought why not have a fun simple Tropical Development "forecast poll".

Simple YES/NO prediction regarding whether the first named Tropical Storm will be named by June 6 (12Z). "Any takers?

Just to start it all off....., for myself am going with a "NO"

Definitely yes, a large part of the "no" predictions is because of recent years with under-performing activity in that region.

Thus far, 10 forecasts for "NO" development prior to June 6 (12Z), and only 3 forecasts saying "YES" to anticipating development by that date. I have no idea....so I will go with my personal preference and say "no".
Honestly, the discussion in this overall forum seem like it *should* be a no. Maybe I am understanding it all incorrectly, but it sounds like whatever deveopment is comming up will be slow and further into June (or later?)...

Hey Alexis, you know what? 176 others who did not bother to vote, are less confident than you are.
Know what else? I'd be willing to guess that if one had the chance to poll forecasters at NHC or any other Pro Mets, the majority of them might not see the present picture much less "hazy" than yourself.
There really are many complicated dynamics at play.
