Very interesting stats that the poll had and let's thank TheAustinMan for taking his time to do this. This thread is to discuss about the stats and what the members think of them with the expectaction of a active season ahead. Does anyone want to discuss about them?

I find it very interesting that averaged number of storms predicted by pro mets is higher than the averaged number from users.

A big thanks to TheAustinMan! I saw the graphic from the 2022 poll thread too, very neat!
The numbers are beastly to say the least, and my own numbers are right down the middle path too, a surprisingly high average, wow!
We sure all seem to be expecting a high-octane season, and it seems natural following the madness that was 2020-21.
That fact that the pro mets are on the upper end of the NS numbers is very interesting and chilling indeed!
Looks like the list of names has a decent shot of being used up entirely.
