This has happened before. TD Nine would be Hermine and TD Ten would be Ian. In order of classification.

With that said, I think TD Ten will be Hermine since TD Nine’s circulation needs some work. NHC said they thought TD Ten’s intensity might be conservative which makes me think an upgrade is imminent assuming it doesn’t lose organization.

Welp, it may be official that 90L (TD 10) became Hermine, the I curse will continue.
