Remembering Ozonepete

I just learned of the passing (last year) of Ozonepete fellow MET on here and good friend over the years. RIP .. I know you will be there on the next chase.


"I put the hurricane symbol on & inside his coffin. He is buried in Green-Wood Cemetery with a view of Lady Liberty.
Penn State is working on plaque at the entrance for him. An all around good guy."

Thanks for posting this, as I had no idea he had passed. I hadn't seen him post on Facebook in some time.

My condolences to his family and close friends.

Yeah he was not responding to texts or calls last year for Ian.i tried reaching out to his significant other but never heard anything. He finally got back to me with the sad news.

I love O'Pete. He was always there for a correction or clarification when one needed to be issued. I always assumed he was a younger guy, but I didn't really have anything to base that on. RIP man.

Very sad news to hear. Ozonepete was always a valuable contributor to the Storm2k forums. His loss is very tragic.

RIP to the man.

Edit: I found what appears to be his obituary online but in case it's the wrong one, I'm not posting it.
