Two waves at 00:05 UTC on 9/19/23.

A tropical wave is off the Africa coast near 19W/20W from 18N
southward, and moving west around 5 kt. Scattered moderate
convection is found from 03N to 07N between 20W and 28W.

A central Atlantic tropical wave is near 43W from 12N southward,
and moving west at around 10 kt. Widely scattered moderate
convection is noted from 04N to 12N between 32W and 43W.

Waves at 18:05 UTC on 9/20/23.

A tropical wave is in the far eastern Atlantic Ocean along 19W/20W
from 19N southward just SE of the Cabo Verde Islands, moving
slowly W around 5 kt. Scattered moderate to strong convection is
evident from 12N to 16N between 18W and 22W. Scattered moderate
convection is evident from 05N to 11N between 16W and 23W.

A tropical wave is moving from the eastern to the central Atlantic
Ocean along 35W from 19N southward, moving slowly W around 5 kt.
Scattered moderate to strong convection is evident from 09N to 15N
between 34W and 39W, and from 02N to 09N between 30W and 41W.

A tropical wave is approaching the tropical N Atlantic waters
along 49W/50W from 16N southward to just off the coast of far NE
Brazil, moving slowly W around 5 kt. No significant convection is
evident near this tropical wave.

A tropical N Atlantic tropical wave has its axis along 58W, south
of 22N, moving westward around 10 kt. Scattered moderate
convection is noted from 08N to 15N between 56W and 64W, including
over inland portions of NE South America.

Waves at 00:05 UTC on 9/23/23.

An eastern Atlantic tropical wave has its axis along 26.5W, south
of 19N, moving westward at 10 kt. Scattered moderate isolated
strong convection is observed from 04.5N to 13.5N and between 25W
and 35W. The environmental conditions are forecast to be
conducive for gradual development of this system, and a tropical
depression may form around midweek. This weather system is
forecast to move westward to west-northwestward in the central
tropical Atlantic Ocean.

An eastern Caribbean tropical wave has its axis along 72W, south
of 19N, moving westward at 10 to 15 kt. Scattered moderate
convection is noted across coastal Venezuela at the base of the
tropical wave.

Wave at 06:05 UTC on 9/29/23.

An Atlantic Ocean tropical wave is along 20W/21W, from 20N
southward, moving westward 10 knots to 15 knots. Precipitation:
scattered strong is within 90 nm to the east of the tropical wave
from 08N to 10N. Isolated moderate is elsewhere from 06N to 14N
from 26W eastward.

There is still one wave at MDR on 9/30/23 at 12:05 UTC.

A tropical wave is along 30W, from 04N to 20N, moving westward 10
knots to 15 knots. Scattered moderate convection is from 02N to
13N between 20W and 40W.

Only one wave at 12:05 UTC on 10/2/23.

An eastern Atlantic tropical wave has its axis along 40W from 03N
to 20N, moving westward at 5-10 kt. Scattered moderate convection
is within 120 nm east of the wave from 06N to 10N, and within
60 nm of the wave from 10N to 13N.

2 Waves at 18:05 UTC on 10/4/23.

An eastern Atlantic tropical wave has its axis along 31W from 03N
to 15N. It is moving westward at 10 to 20 kt. No significant
convection is noted near the wave axis at this time.

A central Atlantic tropical wave has its axis along 56W south of
17N, moving westward at about 15 kt. Scattered moderate convection
is active from 12N to 14N between 51W and 53W.

Three waves on the surface charts at 12:05 UTC on 10/7/23.

A tropical wave along the W coast of Africa has been added to the
0600 UTC surface map, along 17W, south of 16N. The wave is
estimated to be moving near 10 kt. Scattered moderate to strong
convection is noted from 05N to 10N between 13W and 20W.

A complex tropical wave is analyzed along 43W from 06N to 17N,
moving west at 10-15 kt. Scattered showers are noted from 08N to
16N between 40W and 47W. Further east, satellite imagery and
precipitable water products show distinct cyclonic turning along
34W. Scattered moderate to strong convection is about this
circulation from 07N to 12.5N between 33W and 39W.

A tropical wave is analyzed across the central Caribbean with
axis near 71.5W, S of 20N, moving westward at 10-15 kt. Scattered
showers and a few small thunderstorms dot the waters of the
Caribbean N of 14N to Hispaniola between 68W and 73.5W. Satellite
imagery and precipitable water products show cyclonic turning
along 68W. Scattered to locally numerous moderate to strong
convection is noted from 11N to 14N between 61W and 69W.
