0z GFS turns this into a major, moving towards Bermuda

EDIT: ends up moving east of Bermuda. Would be a good ACE producer

The wave is forming up in to a circulation with plenty of convection.

Quite good organization being so close to the coast. Looks like whatever stability issues that people were talking about earlier in the season are now gone, as usual.

Eastern Tropical Atlantic:
A large area of disorganized showers and thunderstorms over the far
eastern tropical Atlantic is associated with a tropical wave.
Environmental conditions appear conducive for gradual development of
this system, and a tropical depression could form later this week
while it moves west-northwestward across the eastern tropical
Atlantic.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...10 percent.
* Formation chance through 7 days...medium...50 percent.

I'm not convinced this is going straight out to sea. It could run further west than Emily.
