Poll: Which Storm will be the dominant one, Philippe or Rina?
Ok folks, I made a poll about the question of which storm will be the dominant one between Philippe and Rina that will only be open for voting until Friday afternoon at 12:30 PM EDT. There are 4 options to vote.

I'm going with Phil, Euro now kills both off, GFS likes Phil this time, though next time it might flip again.

Model guidance is a lot more bullish on Philippe than on Rina. I think Philippe will become a strong hurricane (maybe even a major hurricane) while Rina struggles as a tropical storm.

Models guidance is trending towards Philippe so I guess I'll go with that.
