How many consecutive days has there been at least one named storm in the Atlantic this season?

Roughly 46 days or so starting from August 19th with Gert, and still going. Gert (after reforming) and Katia became extratropical/dissipated on September 4th while Lee formed the day after on the 5th, which just barely kept the streak from ending.
