2 storms. 97L will likely become the first NS of month.

I think we are done. El Nino is starting to couple with the atmosphere and show its signs a little more. Think it is gonna shut down the basin the rest of the way through. Either way still an impressive season

None. Season is over especially after the current Caribbean pattern passes and returns to hostile Nino conditions. Subtropics nothing bc that area has been dead all season. Onto 2024.

Yesterday I went with 2 but that included 97L so if it doesn't end up developing (which is looking more and more likely) then it'll be 1. Perhaps a brief TS later this month somewhere but I wouldn't count on it.
