Where will Alberto form?

I'm all in for the GOM. (I think that Bay of Campeche and Gulf as separate options might confuse/muddy up responses)

Just a little clarification, does the “where” mean where its classified as a tropical storm or its starting point as a TD?

Alberto will form from a non-tropical low off the SE US coast like 2014’s Hurricane Arthur.
