This may be nothing that might develop into a tropical depression but this model shows the wave now emerging west africa and it will be interesting to watch how that wave behaves in a more moist enviroment now in the tropical atlantic.

The TW currently south of CV Islands is the most impressive thus far this well off the African coast. Even the UL environment looks to be better. If it can just fight off the drier air to it's north it could become a player.
