Anyone else noticing Just barely North of due west?

This is the general tropical discussion area. Anyone can take their shot at predicting a storms path.

Maybe my eyes are tired, but it seems like it on the last few frames.

Any thoughts?

I see the same, especially the last few frames. Like I said in a different post, the eye is already approaching the southern end of the NHC's track "cone of error".

If it trends it could take the eyewall over Turks.

I posted earlier today to watch if Frances corrects back west after experiencing Gaston's barometric gravity as it exited to her north.

I think it will continue 283*. But W would be explained by Gaston exiting leaving Frances under a purer ridge...
