Floaters

Both floaters are focused on Frances, but as all you know now we have another destrying promising storm over the Atlantic and I believe one of the floaters should be focused on Iván.

I believe a system has to pass 40 W before a floater will pick it up.

Wow. Um. Since the site is having so many problems with bandwidth and such, could you maybe edit your post to include the link to that graphic rather than the graphic itself? Those animated graphics just EAT bandwidth.
