No changes on 5 PM advisory

No big changes in this advisory about the strengh of ANA,40 mph,moving eastsoutheast at 16 mph.

Colin that was yesterdays 5 PM advisory. :D when it was still a subtropical storm but now we know that it is pure tropical and history has been made.

But stay tuned for this afternoons advisory at 5 PM. :)
