No doubt that the charts show the demise of el nino as you can see as the blue colors that represent cool waters are slowly appearing more and more at el nino 1-2 region.
At el nino 3 region also shows that the downturn continues and including the el nino 4 region it is going down too so this is another strong evidence that neutral to weak la nina will be the rule during next summer and fall.

Wow that cool pool is expanding west in the equatorial pacific so more signs pointing towards neutral to la nina conditions.
