Thanks Cycloman. I appreciate it. I probably came off a bit strong in my dis of the NOAA, but I stand by the fact that what they put out isn't really much of a forecast. They verify no matter what - unless the season turns out real quiet or incredibly busy.

I think it sounds good given the La Nina that is expected to affect conditions this summer.
