Does the National Hurricane Center put a seasonal forecast out...and if so when? Just curious. I see that NOAA has put their forecast out already.

What happened yesterday was the forecast from Noaa that is the same as the NHC and TPC so what you have is the outlook from them and in august they will put out another forecast.
