Yep.
The other thing I note on radar is that a bit more convection is wrapping around the south side of the eye. Still looks open to the SE, but maybe the shear on the south side of the system is starting to ease a bit.

radar clearly shows this thing is nearly stationary.

Just like a woman,
Can't make up her mind where she's going. Katrina was the same way. Why is it that here lately all the female named storms seem to be so undecided early on and all the male named storms march right on toward where they were headed?
I done threw down the hatchett with this one! LOL!
