I read all sites to get an idea of the upcoming season. The one thing that I don't understand in http://tsr.mssl.ucl.ac.uk/ forecast. Is his predicted SST's in the equatorial Pacific during August-September. Is he predicting an El Nino or neutral? His statement is listed under "key predictors" for the upcoming season.
