is this live, i know there was a fire yesterday in a bldg near the french quarter. if this is live, how widespread are the fires, i'm at work and have no access to a tv right now

FOX claims its a housing project, near I-10, with people trapped. Given MSM performance so far, probably just a store or abandoned warehouse.
